The Nature of This Site

This is a private reference site. It does not hold official jail, court, booking, arrest, or corrections records, and it cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document with a government office.

The site points visitors toward public-records information and independent research tools relating to Woodward County. It is not an official interpretation of Oklahoma's Open Records Act, including 51 O.S. § 24A.8, and it does not replace the decision of the records custodian.
